  • 会员3338：新年因疫情也不能远行，小朋友喜欢动物，挑选了百草原。总体感受还是非常不错的，前台还免费升级至房车营地，最大的问题不知道是不是阴天的原因，居然没有热水，而且淋浴间的排水也不畅。想着反正就住一晚，也不麻烦服务了。房间地暖晚上还是比较给力，很热。环境真是非常不错，园区也特别大。赠送门票，值得推荐的。
  • 会员4568：我们订的是套间，挺大的，去景区游玩挺适合住这的，方便，可以一早入园了，而且还送景区门票，房间整洁干净，午餐晚餐都可以点好送到房间用餐，不错，服务员服务态度都超好的，见面都能主动微笑问好，早餐是自助，花样挺多有停车场，只是因为在景区旁，所以车位还是比较紧张的，但是我们这次出游非常幸运，处处都安排的妥妥当当的，
  • 会员6740：碰儿童节入住的时候送了玩偶和🍭棒棒糖。离景区很近，环境比较好，停车方便，酒店门口还有秋千。中午到的休息到1点进景区。里面太大了，还好带了遛娃神器，宝贝喜欢喂熊还有卡丁车来了6圈。5点出园了，酒店晚上可以点餐，两个人一荤一素，上菜有点慢，中间出了小插曲，但服务还是可以的。第二天因为有事比较早，早餐还没出来，说可以帮我们打包，蛋糕类的在，服务可以。下次还会来住这里，百草园太大丫。
  • 会员4205：对于要去中南百草园和自然博物馆的朋友来说，地理位置非常好，出酒店100米就是百草园，1公里是自然博物馆。前台人员服务参差不齐，看到旁边一位服务人员向住客详细解释小火车，早餐等事宜，就问了一下接待我的服务人员，结果没好气地说，她不负责解答这些问题，然后就走开了。希望酒店能统一接待标准，另外加强员工的服务态度，不负责解答也不用给住客黑脸吧。早餐相对于30多的价格来说还可以，过节期间人比较多，餐厅正餐只有套餐没法点菜。
